Goodwill - the key indicator of the
image or advantage that an organization holds, has probably never
been as relevant as it is today.
We live in an age of extreme uncertainties - new businesses valued at astronomical amounts at one end and large established companies (including its CEOs) virtually vanishing overnight on the other.
Even as you read this, large companies in India are struggling to salvage & re-build the goodwill they had in the face of serious product quality issues. Goodwill helped build these brands, grow sales and even sustain sales in the face of nasty circumstances.
